When I talk of Rupert, I am not talking about the bear. Rupert is one of the twins who appears a lot in Telepathy. He is entirely different from his sister who is brash and dominating. Rupert lacks confidence and doesn’t come across as the brightest of characters; however, there is a depth to his character that slowly unveils. There are times when you feel he wants to break out of his restricted life and then other times you feel he will never change. When he builds a close bond with Damien, we see him pulled in different directs. Rupert sees things that nobody else sees. He wants to help, yet he is scared by his past.
